WHAT I DO
There's a lot of noise in fitness and nutrition. Most of it isn't necessary. What works is consistent training with good form, nutrition that actually supports your goals, and a plan that fits your life.
I work with people one on one, which means your program is built around you. Your schedule, your starting point, your goals. Not a template with your name on it.
Whether you want to build strength, lose fat, improve how you perform, or just feel better day to day, that's what we work toward.
Compound lifts done well. Protein targets that are realistic. Sleep and stress factored in. These aren't complicated ideas, but getting them right consistently, for your body, is where most people get stuck.
That's what I help with. I've been studying and coaching long enough to know that what's missing isn't usually information. It's a clear plan, someone to keep you honest, and training that's actually built for how your body works right now.

About Me
'm 56, and I came to this work later than most coaches. My earlier career was in corporate IT, then massage therapy, then sales. What I kept coming back to was the gym and eventually, working with people directly.
I've navigated thyroid issues, major hormonal changes, and spinal surgery. I know what it feels like when your body stops cooperating, and I know what's possible when you stop guessing and start working with a clear plan.
At 51, I stepped on stage for a figure competition and came home with two medals. I mention it not to impress you, but because it's useful proof: training and nutrition that's built correctly works at any age.
I'm a Personal Trainer and I'm studying Sports Nutrition at university level. I work with people one on one in Sydney or online. I love weight training, I keep things simple, and I believe that feeling strong and energetic is possible for most people, at most ages, if the approach is right.
